Women and girls possess the willpower to transform their communities; what they need is the financial power to achieve sustainable change. Capital markets have the opportunity to catalyze substantial growth by fully embracing and investing in women changemakers. WoWE believes that whoever allocates capital determines its purpose. When women have a seat at the decision-making table, they can drive large-scale systems change. WoWE is actively working to address this imbalance.

Each dollar donated to WoWE helps us deliver on our impact:

  1. WoWE invests donated capital for market-rate, risk-adjusted returns and mission-aligned outcomes. We continue to build our multi-asset class portfolio incorporating gender lens investment practices to highlight the impact of such practices on investment performance and achieving positive social outcomes.
  2. We further scale our impact beyond our endowment by sharing investing expertise, insights, and tools with investors, philanthropists and companies. Our thought leadership aims to demonstrate how to use the entire capital spectrum to invest in gender-diverse teams and women-centered sectors.
  3. We convene events to channel more capital and attention toward women-centered strategies by bringing together interested and engaged groups and individuals for education and inspiration.
